There is a bus stop right in front of the apartments with a regular local bus service. Supermarkets are just a short drive away or a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment has an open dining and living room with French windows opening onto the private terrace with outdoor dining table and separate kitchen. There is a spacious and airy bedroom with a kingsize double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The apartment has a large family bathroom with bath and shower.

Facilities include a lift, fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer, washing machine, safe, hairdryer, free wifi, TV with international channels, air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The apartment also has a garage in the underground car park. The communal pool is 10m x 4m with depths from 0.9m to 1.4m, is surrounded by large terraces and is open all year round.
